Well, it's been an up and down and roundabout day. Learnt that the best laid plans don't always work so ended up making a very long journey which brought me back in a full circle to a place I often go to think of you, up in stoke woods looking down at the hills and sky, with a rabbit wandering round and the birds singing. Lots of sky, but also found some daisies at my feet. I asked you to give me a stone but didn't expect to find such a solid one! Missing you. John had to fly to South Africa last week cos his dad died in a tragic accident - twice thought oh no, I haven't told you yet, but then did a rethink. Bit in limbo cos we can't have funeral etc till he's back and had coroners report, but know it's all part of the circle. Weird scenes inside the Goldmine or what....Me + rae got handfasted, but that you already know, laughing your cock off at the performance of rituals that are really only for the fluffy, but you gave your permission WAAAAY back for us to get wed, so we thought, as we'd done Cesaer's bit that we ought to have a party...Anyhooo, Will played (+ was Stage manager tee hee) + then Dougals band came up from Kernow + played a blinder + then at 1.30 in the morning Didgy Paul from Wedmore insisted (in a bit of a state) that he was going to play at Golly's Handfasting (were you perhaps behind this) and proceded to blow everyone away with some VERY serious didgy/synthy STUFF...Anyhow we are now very much handfasted ( + they say the hash cake + fudge will run out one day....) + by the way, several people saw you at the do.....
